The University of World Civilizations was established by Vladimir Zhirinovsky, on March 15, 1999. Today, we have up-to-date academic resources, training facilities, and state-of-the-art technologies, two buildings to train our students and three dormitories. The teaching staff is comprised of qualified experts awarded with highest academic degrees, reputable professionals, and prospective employers. The University provides a platform for basic and applied studies and hosts various international academic conferences.
