Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University is the biggest educational, scientific, and cultural centre of the Kaliningrad region – the westernmost region of Russia. Immanuel Kant Federal University is one of 11 Russian federal universities. IKBFU offers 200 Bachelor’s, Master’s, Specialist, Residency and Doctoral degree programmes. IKBFU has 12,000 students including 1,200 students from 47 countries. By 2025, the 29-hectares neocampus “Kantiana” will have been constructed. It will become not only an academic and scientific centre of the university, but also a vital element of the cultural life of Kaliningrad.
