The University of Tyumen was founded in 1930 and currently it is one of the largest higher education institutions in Russia. The University of Tyumen is a member of the Priority 2030 program. It is the first university to introduce a new educational model, where students independently configure their own curriculum using the system of individual educational trajectories. More than 20000 undergraduate and graduate students study at the University of Tyumen, including 2500 foreign citizens from 42 countries. Students live in the city center in four dormitories equipped with everything necessary for living and studying.
